The parallel events of the Biennial began in May with a video screening in the Red House Centre for Culture and Debate in Sofia and will continue with a series of talks and exhibitions in Brussels in September.

The screening in the Red House showed artists videos and films which not only question the organization of social and knowledge structures but also test the capacity of art to challenge the existing order. The screening was presented by Dessislava Dimova.
